How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out online — pay by FPX, card or e-wallet. You'll need an account (email or WhatsApp number) so your order and points are tracked correctly.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Malaysia and Singapore. Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM), including for delivery to Singapore.
Where can I see my order status?
Go to My Orders in your account for every order's status, items and totals.
Packs & reminders
Do you have subscriptions?
No auto-charge subscriptions — ever. Instead, every product sets a free WhatsApp reminder ~7 days before it's due to run out, so you reorder with one tap and pay only when you confirm.
What are prepaid packs?
We used to sell prepaid 3- and 6-packs — paid upfront, in full, and shipped to you on a schedule. We're not offering new prepaid packs for purchase right now. If you already have one running, it keeps shipping exactly as agreed, and you can manage it from My Account.
Can I get a refund on a prepaid pack?
If you have an existing prepaid pack, yes — any tubs we haven't shipped yet are refundable pro-rata any time. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
PetPoints
How do I earn PetPoints?
Earn 1 point for every RM1 you pay on a paid order (excluding shipping tax and any points-paid portion). Check in daily for +5 points, with a +30 bonus on day 7.
How do I spend PetPoints?
Redeem them for rewards on your Rewards page — things like free shipping and RM-off vouchers. Exactly what's on offer and how many points each one costs is managed in admin and can change, so your Rewards page always shows what's redeemable right now rather than a fixed rate here.
Do points expire?
Yes — 12 months after they're earned, oldest first. We'll warn you by WhatsApp/email before any points expire.
Referrals & rewards
How does referring friends work?
Share your personal link. When someone you referred places their first paid order of RM80.00 or more, they get RM10.00 off it. Once that order is paid, you get an RM10.00 voucher of your own — a one-off thank-you for bringing them in, not a running share of everything they buy afterwards.
Can a referred order also be a stockist order?
No — every order carries either a stockist wholesale margin or referral rewards, never both. This is a hard rule, not a preference.
Stockists
How do I become a stockist?
Apply on our Stockist Program page with your business name, SSM number and state. We review manually, usually within 3 business days.
Is this a multi-level program?
No. Stockists buy wholesale at 30% below RRP and resell — a straightforward buy-sell arrangement, never an override on anyone else's sales.
