Welcome to Petdayz. These Terms and Conditions explain how our website, member accounts, rewards, referral and stockist programs work, and the basis on which you may use them. By creating an account or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using petdayz.com (the "website") or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Accounts
One account covers shopping, PetPoints, the referral program, and the stockist program — you don't need separate registrations. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to create an account.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM), including for delivery to Singapore, and include any applicable tax as marked. Payment is collected at checkout via our payment gateway. An order is confirmed once payment is captured; we'll notify you of your order status via your account and, where available, WhatsApp/email.
4. Prepaid packs & reminders
We do not run auto-charge subscriptions. Reorder reminders are free WhatsApp/email nudges, not standing orders — every reorder requires your active confirmation and payment. We previously sold prepaid packs, paid in full at the time of purchase, with remaining units shipped to you on a schedule you control; we are not offering new prepaid packs for purchase at this time. If you hold an existing prepaid pack, this clause continues to govern it exactly as before — your remaining units continue shipping on your chosen schedule, skippable any time, until the pack is complete.
5. PetPoints
PetPoints are earned on qualifying paid orders and other activities (check-ins, birthdays) at rates published in your account and on our FAQ page. Points have no cash value except as a redemption credit against rewards you choose from your account, cannot be transferred between accounts, expire after the published period, and may be adjusted or clawed back in the case of refunds, fraud, or error.
6. Referral program
Members may share a personal referral link. When someone you referred places their first paid order of RM80.00 or more, they receive an RM10.00 discount voucher for that order; once their order is paid, you receive an RM10.00 voucher of your own. This is a single, one-off reward tied to the referred customer's first qualifying order — not an ongoing share of anything they buy afterwards — and is subject to a hold period, refund clawback, and anti-fraud checks (including self-referral and shared-device/address detection). These amounts are set by us and may change from time to time; the current rate is always shown on our FAQ page. An order will never carry both a referral reward and a stockist wholesale margin.
7. Stockist program
Stockists are independent resellers under a wholesale buy-sell agreement — not a multi-level or recruitment-based program. Approved stockists purchase stock at a margin below RRP (currently 30%, editable and confirmed at approval) and resell at their own price up to our minimum advertised price policy. Applications are reviewed manually and approval is at our discretion; a stockist account may be suspended for breach of these terms, including selling below MAP or misrepresenting the brand.
8. Shipping
We ship within Malaysia and to Singapore. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided — please make sure it's correct and complete.
9. Returns & refunds
See our Refund Policy for the full rules, including pro-rata refunds on any prepaid pack units still to be shipped and how points are clawed back on a refund.
10. Product information & health disclaimer
Our products are nutritional supplements for pets, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a veterinarian for any health concerns about your pet, and before starting any new supplement, especially if your pet has an existing medical condition or is on medication.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use the website or any program (rewards, referral, stockist) to commit fraud, create fake or duplicate accounts, manipulate rewards, resell below our minimum advertised price, or otherwise act in bad faith. We may suspend or terminate accounts, claw back rewards, and pursue any remedy available to us for breach of these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petdayz's liability for any claim relating to your use of the website or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date; continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
